What's included in the free tier?

The free tier includes 1 show (valid for 1 year), 10 props, 2 task boards, 20 packing boxes, TPS-branded PDFs, and up to 3 team members. Perfect for small productions or trying out the platform.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Standard and Pro users can export data as CSV files. All users can export PDFs of their props lists and packing information. Your data is always yours.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored securely and only accessible to you and the team members you invite. We never share your data with third parties.

How do I get access?

Fill out the request form at the top of this page with your name and email. We'll review your request and send you an invitation if you're accepted into the beta program.

What happens after beta?

After the beta period, The Props List will launch publicly. Beta users will get special early adopter benefits and pricing. Your data and account will seamlessly transition to the public launch.

Can I use this for multiple shows?

Yes! Each pricing tier includes multiple shows. Free tier includes 1 show, Starter includes 3 shows, Standard includes 10 shows, and Pro includes 100 shows. You can manage all your productions from one account.

Do you offer discounts for theatres?
